End User License Agreement (EULA) - ApexLabsX

1. License Grant

ApexLabsX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use our apps on any Apple-branded device you own or control. This license is subject to this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use the apps only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the apps
• Use the apps for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Copy, distribute, or resell any part of the apps

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some apps may offer premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited upon subscription purchase.

4. User Data and Security

The apps generate data locally on your device. We do not store your authentication secrets or credentials. You are responsible for securing your device and preventing unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the apps are owned by ApexLabsX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” ApexLabsX does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexLabsX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the apps.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this license end automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the apps and delete all copies.

9. Apple Requirements

This Agreement is between you and ApexLabsX, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

10. Changes to This Agreement

ApexLabsX may update this EULA at any time. Changes will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
