By using any application developed by ApexLabsX, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our apps.

1. Eligibility

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. All payments are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

ApexLabsX does not control refunds or billing issues—these must be handled through Apple.

The apps may include links to or integrate with third-party services. ApexLabsX is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” ApexLabsX makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy of the apps.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexLabsX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

10. Termination

ApexLabsX may terminate or suspend your access to the apps at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country, without regard to conflict of law principles.
